“…All of the trials were randomized controlled trials, none of the trials was double blinded or had adequate allocation concealment. Five trials had adequately described dropouts [18,19,22,23,24], there were no dropouts in one of the studies [20], and one of the studies did not comment on dropouts [21]. The compliance to the exercise interventions was relatively high.…”
