2 フェロー会員 (株)建設技術研究所(〒103-8430 東京都中央区日本橋浜町3-21-1日本橋浜町Fタワー) 3 非会員 (株)三井造船(〒103-0027 東京都中央区日本橋1-3-16) 4 正会員 (株)建設技術研究所(〒103-8430 東京都中央区日本橋浜町3-21-1日本橋浜町Fタワー) 5 正会員宇都宮大学准教授農学部農業環境工学科(〒321-8505 栃木県宇都宮市峰町350) 本研究では沈水植物および付着藻類を利用した内分泌攪乱化学物質(EDCs)の除去に関して，室内実験および現地観測によって検討した．室内実験ではEDCsの吸収・除去能力に対して水温が与える影響を検討し，沈水植物および付着藻類のEDCs除去速度を定式化した．また，沈水植物や付着藻類の繁茂が顕著である神奈川県川崎市二ヶ領用水における現地観測から，流下に伴いEDCs濃度が減少していることが分かった．さらに，実験結果から得られた沈水植物および付着藻類のEDCsの除去速度を用いて，この流下に伴うEDCs濃度の減少傾向を再現可能であり，ファイトレメディエーションによるEDCsの除去が期待できることが示唆された．
