Effectiveness of the Internet-Based Self-Help Program for Social Anxiety Disorder

Abstract: This study examined the effectiveness of the Internet-based self-help program for social anxiety disorder.Twenty six individuals with social anxiety disorder were assigned to eight sessions of the internet-based self-help program or to a waiting list control group.
