Abstract: Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) is a biological agent for insect pest management. Its toxins effectively control Spodoptera exigua Hübner (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) larvae, but it is sensitive to ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sunlight.
