Effectiveness of intervention with a perioperative multidisciplinary support team for radical esophagectomy

Abstract: The intervention by a perioperative multidisciplinary support team for radical esophagectomy was effective in preventing the progression and prolongation of pneumonia as well as earlier ambulation, oral feeding, and shortening of postoperative hospitalization.
