Effectiveness of information technology–enabled ‘SMART Eating’ health promotion intervention: A cluster randomized controlled trial

Abstract: Background Unhealthy dietary behaviour-high intake of fat, sugar, and salt, and low intake of fruits and vegetables-is a major risk factor for chronic diseases.
