Effectiveness of gromwell ( Lithospermum erythrorhizon ) oil in the treatment of toxic epidermal necrolysis in a patient with dermatomyositis

Abstract: Toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN), a delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction, is the most severe form of severe cutaneous adverse reactions. 1 Patients with TEN often have skin infections covering large areas of exposed skin.
