Abstract:Musculotendon injuries, which encompass a variety of conditions from muscle strains to tendinitis, are a common concern in athletes of all ages and levels. These injuries, considered overuse pathologies, constitute a significant part of sports injuries and are often related to constant repetition of loads on the tendons.
