Effectiveness of Clinical Nurses’ interventions in reducing medication errors in a paediatric ward

Abstract: Aims and objectives To evaluate a bundle of interventions, developed and implemented by nurses, to reduce medication administration error rates and improve nurses’ medication administration practice.
