Effectiveness of a post-gradual study program. Findings of the evaluation of an extra-occupational master program

Abstract: Zusammenfassung Empirische Grundlage des vorliegenden Beitrags ist die Wirksamkeitsevaluation eines berufsbegleitenden Masterstudiengangs. Ob bzw. inwiefern die Alumni den Studiengang als wirksam bewerten, wurde mittels eines quantitativen Fragebogens untersucht, welcher drei Evaluationsebenen, nämlich Reaktionen, Lernen sowie (Lern-)Transfer erhob.
