Effectiveness and Safety of High Dose Oral Ibuprofen versus Standard Dose for Treatment of Preterm Infants with Patent Ductus Arteriosus

Abstract: Background: One of the most significant changes needed for the transition to extrauterine life is the ductus arteriosus (DA) closure, which is located in the fetal circulatory system between both the aortic arch and the pulmonary artery.
