Effective shunt closure for pulmonary hypertension and liver dysfunction in congenital portosystemic venous shunt

Abstract: CPSVS closure with PAH-specific therapy successfully controlled PAH. Early CPSVS closure may prevent the occurrence and progression of PAH with CPSVS.
