Effective Nuclear Field Measurement in a Single Quantum Well via Time-Resolved Kerr Rotation Technique

Abstract: Effective magnetic field of nuclear spin polarization (NSP) under circularly polarized pumps excitation and the dephasing time of resident electron spin polarization under pump and control excitation has been detected in a single CdTe quantum well (QW) by a time-resolved Kerr rotation (TRKR) technique.
