Effective Holistic Approaches to Reducing Nurse Stress and Burnout During COVID-19

Abstract: According to the World Health Organization's International Classification of Diseases, Eleventh Revision,11 Burn-out is a syndrome conceptualized as resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed.
