This review delves into the significance of Agile Project Management (APM) in fostering innovation within the realm of energy-efficient Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) solutions. As the global focus intensifies on sustainability and energy conservation, the HVAC industry stands at the forefront of addressing environmental challenges through innovative technologies. Agile methodologies, originally developed for software development, have transcended their conventional domains to revolutionize project management across various industries. This review explores how the application of Agile principles can catalyze innovation in energy-efficient HVAC solutions. Firstly, it delineates the core tenets of Agile Project Management, emphasizing iterative development, adaptive planning, and customer collaboration. By prioritizing flexibility and responsiveness to change, Agile methodologies empower HVAC project teams to swiftly adapt to evolving customer needs and technological advancements. This agility is particularly crucial in the HVAC sector, where rapid technological innovations necessitate quick iterations and constant feedback loops to refine energy-efficient solutions. Furthermore, the review elucidates how Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban facilitate cross-functional collaboration and enhance communication within HVAC project teams. By fostering a collaborative environment that encourages transparency and knowledge sharing, Agile methodologies cultivate a culture of innovation wherein team members can experiment with novel ideas and swiftly pivot based on market feedback. Moreover, this review underscores the role of Agile Project Management in mitigating risks associated with innovation in energy-efficient HVAC solutions. Through frequent iterations and incremental delivery, Agile methodologies enable HVAC project teams to identify potential bottlenecks and address them proactively, thereby reducing project risks and enhancing overall project success rates. This review highlights the transformative potential of Agile Project Management in driving innovation within the energy-efficient HVAC industry. By embracing Agile methodologies, HVAC project teams can navigate the complexities of innovation more effectively, accelerate time-to-market for energy-efficient solutions, and ultimately contribute to the sustainable transformation of the HVAC sector. In the rapidly evolving business environment of 2024, organizational change management (OCM) leaders face unprecedented challenges driven by technological advancements, digital transformation, the integration of remote work, and a heightened focus on sustainability. This study examines the efficacy of traditional OCM models in addressing these modern complexities. Through a qualitative methodology employing an extensive literature review, the research identifies vital issues such as resistance to change, digital transformation imperatives, the shift to remote and hybrid work models, and the imperative for sustainable and ethical business practices. The study posits that while classical OCM frameworks offer foundational insights, there is a pressing need for more adaptive, inclusive, and flexible approaches to navigate the nuanced demands of the contemporary and future business landscape. Expected findings suggest the integration of agile methodologies, technology adoption, and a shift towards a culture of continuous change and employee empowerment as critical strategies for effective change management. These insights aim to guide OCM leaders in developing strategies that address the current challenges but also anticipate the dynamics of future organizational change, thus contributing to the broader discourse on evolving OCM practices in a digital and globally interconnected era.

This research navigates the disruptions the government science sector faces in an era of rapid technological change, examining the interplay of government science funding, information technology integration, and research collaboration networks. The study employs a cross-sectional design, exploring the impact of government scientific communication policies and access to advanced research technologies as independent variables, mediated by a researcher's digital literacy and skills, on the dependent variable of innovation resilience in government science. Additionally, the moderating role of government scientific infrastructure and capabilities is investigated. A comprehensive survey was administered to participants within the government science sector in Indonesia, encompassing diverse demographics and scientific disciplines. Results reveal a significant positive association between transparent government communication policies and innovation resilience, highlighting the pivotal role of effective communication in fostering adaptability. Furthermore, the study underscores the importance of government initiatives in building digital literacy and skills among researchers. The positive impact of communication policies on digital capabilities emphasizes the need for proactive strategies to enhance workforce proficiency in a technologically dynamic environment. The conceptual framework, validated through empirical findings, introduces the central construct of innovation resilience in government science, emphasizing adaptability to disruptive changes and consistent innovation.
