MLED technology promises superior luminance, contrast, and color accuracy in high‐performance displays. However, Tic‐Tac‐Toe image retention in MLED LTPS chip‐on‐glass (COG) needs to be addressed. This is due to regional temperature inconsistencies caused by the metal structure. This paper presents a compensation method, incorporating temporal and spatial. The approach is implemented on FPGA and successfully integrated into mass‐produced MLED displays.
