Effect of Xylanase Immobilisation Conditions by Combination of Entrapment and Covalent Binding on Alginate Beads

Abstract: The immobilisation of enzymes offer improvement in enzyme stability and characteristics as well as overcome the limitations of free enzyme systems for commercial purposes.
