Abstract: An experiment was conducted to study the effectiveness of dietary malic acid supplementation as a growth promoter on Japanese quail performance, carcass characteristics, intestinal villi and pH, bacteria enumeration, blood parameters, digestibility coefficients and economical efficiency.
