Effect of undercut slots on the overall performance of microchannel heatsink

Abstract: In the current study, a numerical analysis has been performed to examine the performance characteristics of the slotted microchannel heat sink. Twelve equidistant slots are entrenched at the base wall of the channel. Four different shapes of slots are considered in this study.
