Effect of ultrasonic rolling on the surface integrity and corrosion properties of GCr15 steel before and after quenching

Abstract: Two new surface strengthening processes,Ultrasonic rolling treatment before and after quenching were investigated on GCr15 steel. The surface integrity and corrosion were tested and ABAQUS simulation was conducted for the two processes.
