Effect of the new preventive medicine on cisplatin-induced acute kidney injury

Abstract: OBJECTIVE: Cisplatin (CDDP)-induced acute kidney injury (AKI) is highly expressed. Forced hydration and diuresis may partially prevent nephrotoxicity, but it is still difficult to completely prevent kidney injury, so establishment of a new preventive method is required.
