Abstract: Purpose To evaluate the impact of the iridocorneal angle size (ICAS) on the diurnal intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with suspected glaucoma (SG). Method Patients with any eye-pressure lowering medication or previous ocular surgery were excluded.
