“…Actually, through the Hall flow meter analysis, it is found that the original HE-RE 3 Al 5 O 12 powders have no flowability, while that of the HE-RE 3 Al 5 O 12 powders after granulation could be up to 70 s/50 g. This is because when the morphology of HE-RE 3 Al 5 O 12 powders changes from an irregular shape to a spherical shape, the flowability of the HE-RE 3 Al 5 O 12 is significantly improved. In addition, after spray-drying, the apparent density of the HE-RE 3 Al 5 O 12 powders increases from 0.85 to 1.18 g/cm 3 , and the BET surface area decreases from 2.32 to 2.17 m 2 /g. Based on the above analysis, the HE-RE 3 Al 5 O 12 powders after granulation exhibit good thermal spraying adaptability.…”
