Effect of the Anisotropy Field and Magnetic Ordering on the Electrical Properties of Substituted and Unsubstituted Nd2CuO4

Abstract: Nd 2Àx R x CuO 4 compounds (R Y and Fe and x 0X0 and 0.05) are prepared by the conventional ceramic method. The majority of charge carriers is found to be positive for Nd 2 CuO 4 and negative for substituted compounds. The electrical resistivity decreased with Y-substitution and decreased further with Fe-substitution.
