Abstract: The effect of temporal increase in the equivalence ratio on the combustion instability of a lean-premixed low-swirl hydrogen jet flame in a low-swirl combustor (LSC) is investigated in detail using a high-fidelity Large-Eddy Simulation (LES). The equivalence ratio is linearly increased from 0.3 to 0.5 over a duration of 0.4 s.
