Abstract:A study of the temperature behavior of high-frequency magnetoimpedance (MI) in amorphous microcircuits in a glass shell up to the Curie temperature TC has been carried out. Samples from the alloy Co27.4Fe5B12.26Si12.26Ni43.08 with a low Curie temperature (TC~48oC) and negative magnetostriction were used. Near TC, the impedance curves retain their characteristic behavior for materials with circular anisotropy, but the sensitivity of MI with respect to the field decreases sharply. The change in impedance with te… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
