Effect Of System Quality and Information Quality on Crisis Management - An Empirical Study on Jordanian Mobile Telecommunications Companies.

Abstract: This study attempts to identify the impact of system quality and information quality on crisis management in Jordanian mobile telecommunication companies. A survey method was applied through a questionnaire. Zain, Orange and Umniah are Jordanian mobile telecommunications companies that are working in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
