Abstract: To evaluate the impact of strabismus surgery on sensory eye balance in patients with intermittent exotropia (IXT). In total, 112 IXT patients with ocular alignment at the first strabismus surgery and 34 controls were enrolled from January 2015 to December 2016 in this retrospective study.
