“…However, such a large value of this ratio is practically unachievable as it corresponds to a strain of over 300% [2], which is greatly in excess of the plasticity resource of materials. It may be assumed that for some structural alloys, the appearance of necks at abnormally large angles (up to β =°90 ) results from different state of material, which corresponds to another plasticity condition, viz Tresca-Saint Venant condition [5].
