Abstract:ObjectiveSwift and forced COAG with an electrosurgical knife are commonly used for intraoperative hemostasis in colorectal endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD). If bleeding cannot be stopped using an electrosurgical knife, cauterization is attempted using hemostatic forceps.
