“…Woo et al investigated the reduction effect of various carboxylic acids on CuO NP films. Yang and co‐workers[4a,12] explained the role of PVP and carboxylic acid as a reducing agent for CuO NPs during the laser irradiation process; they also claimed that the solvent of the NP ink is related to the reduction reaction. In order to verify whether the solvent is essential for the reduction reaction in our case, we performed LRS on a completely dried NiO x NP thin film baked at 120 °C for 5 min after spin‐coating, and observed that identical results were achieved at the same laser processing parameters, which confirms that the solvent is not an essential component for reduction.…”
