Effect of Silencing Information Regulator on Islet β Cells in High Glucose Environment Through Regulation of Phosphatidylinositol 3 Kinase (PI3K)/Protein Kinase B (AKT)/Nuclear Factor-κ-Gene Binding Pathway

Abstract: Islet β-cell regeneration is beneficial for treating diabetic patients. Silencing information regulator (SIRT1) has a regulatory role in endocrine diseases. However, SIRT1’s role in islet β cells remains unclear.
