Effect of Short-Term Practice of Bhramari Pranayama on Sleep Quality and Perceived Stress in School Students

Abstract: Background: In today’s highly-competitive era of modern education, students are constantly exposedto ‘high’ academic stress. Stress, in turn, affects sleep quality.
