“…This paper aims to study the TLP brazing of Al-25Si-4Cu-1Mg spray-formed alloy. Al-25Si-4Cu-1Mg alloy is a hypereutectic Al-Si alloy with Cu and Mg addition in which the formation of Al 2 Cu precipitation and Mg 2 Si or AlCuMgSi phases was helpful to improve the mechanical properties [25,27].
