Background: Angina pectoris is disease for chest pain or discomfort due to coronary heart disease. Angina is a symptom of myocardial ischemia. It occurs when the heart muscle (myocardium) doesn't get as much blood as it needs. This usually happens because one or more of the heart's arteries (blood vessels that supply blood to the heart muscle) is narrowed or blocked. Objectives: The aim of the study was to assess the quality of life in angina pectoris patients Methodology : Quantitative design (Purposive study) was used in this study, the study was conducted at Azadi Teaching Hospital and Kirkuk general hospital in Kirkuk city to assess quality of life toward Angina pectoris patients. The period of the study was carried out of 20th of October in 2015 to 15th of august in 2016. A non probability (purposive) sample was selected. It consisted of (100) patients (72) sample was collected in Azadi teaching hospital and (28) Kirkuk general hospital at the units of critical care. In order to collect the data required a questionnaire was constructed depending on the criteria of WHO scale. It consists of two parts; part one included (8) items which focused on the client demographic characteristics which include (age, gender, residence, marital status, occupation, educational level, duration of the angina and Concomitant chronic diseases). Part two is composed of (5) domains that covered physical, social, psychological, level of independence and spiritual domains. The overall questions included (90) items. 3-likert scale options was used in the rating scale as: ( Always = 3 ) , ( Sometimes = 2 ), ( Never = 1 ) . Result: The result of present study revealed that high percent (26%) the study sample at age (40-49 and Ëƒ`70 ) years old. In relation to gender, the majority of the patients are male and account (60%). The data analysis show that some demographic data include (age, occupation and duration of angina) are more common significant (effected) on the physical , social, psychological, independence and spiritual domains. Conclusion: Age, married, chronic disease and monthly income variables are the most socio-demographic variables that were associated with direct effect on quality of life among angina pectoris patients. Physical domain are the most aspects of life among angina pectoris patients that were associated with many socio-demographic variables. Recommendation: Exercise training results in improvement of symptoms, increase in the threshold of ischemia, and improvement of patients' sense of well-being. However, before enrolling a patient in an exercise-training program, perform an exercise tolerance test to establish the safety of such a program. Promoting best health practices and early optimal nursing management of angina pectoris to minimize damage and prevent complications.

This study aims to understand the development of regional autonomy in Indonesia through a historical context.The research begins by tracing the evolution of regional autonomy laws since the Old Order, New Order, and Reformation eras which caused casualties. For more than 50 years, Indonesia has changed from a centralized system of government to a decentralized one. The government uses the concept of regional autonomy because the area is large and the population is large and requires an administrative structure appropriate to the region. This study uses a qualitative methodology by collecting primary data from national libraries, historical museums, university research, and scientific journals. The findings of this study illustrate that the large area and population require an administrative structure that is by the local government. The decentralization system has become the preferred choice for various provinces. Decentralization refers to the establishment of autonomous regions and the delegation of legal authority. This delegation must be clear because, based on history, rebellions in several provinces were due to beleid (provinces' distrust of the central government). The desired delegation from the Central Government to regional governments is in the context of managing independent regional government affairs. Regional autonomy is closely related to progress in regional development and promotes national stability and unity. Nevertheless, in reality, national stability is often tested by the existence of a leader's will that is contrary to the law, which often results in conflict. An interesting finding is that since the proclamation of independence until the reform era -the decentralization system has always followed the conditions and desires of the government regime. The decentralization referred to is not pure but implies the existence of a hidden centralized system.

Otonomi daerah merupakan salah satu bentuk perwujudan dari sistem desentralisasi yang dianut oleh negara Indonesia. Hak otonom yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah daerah membuatnya dapat menggunakan kekuasaan seluas-luasnya untuk memaksimalkan kesejahteraan rakyat. Hak otonom juga tercermin dari daerah yang diberikan wewenang untuk mengelola sendiri keuangannya. Keuangan daerah yang berkualitas baik akan menjadi suatu tujuan yang harus dicapai, yang tentunya dengan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik. Penulis memandang penting kinerja keuangan sebagai bentuk analisis atas pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah dengan variabel dependen Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Perimbangan, Belanja Modal, dan Ukuran Pemerintah Daerah. Hasilnya ialah terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan untuk variabel pendapatan asli daerah dan dana perimbangan. Sedangkan untuk variabel belanja modal dan ukuran pemerintah daerah, terdapat hubungan positif yang tidak signifikan.
