The perovskite with R 1−x A x MnO 3 (R = rare-earth and A = divalent metals) formula has worldwide attention due to its fascinating electrical and magnetic properties. A-site doped manganite perovskite oxides were broadly investigated based on theoretical and experimental point-of-view due to interesting phenomenon such as charge ordering, orbital ordering, colossal magnetoresistance, order-disorder transition, phase separation scenario, etc. Such kind of manganite system has two types of transitions as an insulator to metal transition and paramagnetic to ferromagnetic transition. The significance of perovskite materials and their electronic, magnetic or structural phase transition temperatures were analyzed with different experimental results.
