Effect of Posterior Malleolus Fracture on Syndesmotic Reduction

Abstract: When posterior malleolus fractures occur with syndesmotic injury, anatomic fracture reduction and fixation are paramount as they can affect syndesmotic reduction, especially with larger fragments.
