Abstract:In this paper the effect of extractant on the biochemical composition of Brazilian Cerrado biome plant species (Sapindus saponaria L., Guazuma ulmifolia Lamb., Eugenia dysenterica Mart. and Stryphnodendron adstringens Mart.) was presented. About 50% of S. saponaria, G. ulmifolia, E. dysenterica and S. adstringens were mainly consisted of lipids.
