“…33 Also, the CIE chromaticity coordinates of YBO 3 :Eu 3+ samples prepared via the solvothermal route at 200, 220 and 240 °C were (0.623, 0.376), (0.622, 0.376) and (0.613, 0.386), respectively. 34 35 and (0.566, 0.393), 36 respectively, which are comparable with the results obtained in this work. A decrease in the luminescence intensity was observed with increase in the calcination temperature from 800 °C to 1200 °C because of thermal quenching; 37 the calculated coordinates revealed that the effect of temperature on chromaticity was almost negligible.…”

“…These results were attributed to the slight decrease in local symmetry around Eu 3+ ions. In the decay spectra in Figure 4d, the red emission ( 5 D 0 → 7 F 2 transition) at 625 nm was determined by the following double-exponential formula 30,31 In the formula, I and I 0 are the luminescence intensities at times t and 0 s and A 1 and A 2 are their fitting parameters. τ 1 and τ 2 indicate the corresponding decay times for the exponential components, especially τ 1 mainly determines the persisting performance of materials.…”

“…From the values, it was clearly observed that as the percentage of Eu 3+ ions increases in YPO 4 : Eu 3+ , the R/O ratio of 5 D 0 → 7 F 2 to 5 D 0 → 7 F 1 transition was linearly increased. Also, the R/O ratio increases by increasing doping concentration of Bi 3+ ions (Eu 3+ ions was fixed) [27,28].…”
