Effect of Organization-Directed Workplace Interventions on Physician Burnout: A Systematic Review

Abstract: To assess the impact of organization-directed workplace interventions on physician burnout, including stress or job satisfaction in all settings, we conducted a systematic review of the literature published from multiple databases.
