“…At 56 days age, compressive strength increased by 21.5, and 25.7% for 5, and 10% replacement ratios and decreased by 20.4, and 28.9 for 15, and 20% replacement ratios, respectively. This mainly is due to the decreasing of cement amount in blended cement mixture and, consequently, decreasing the amount of calcium silicate hydrates, C-S-H, which is responsible for strength development at 7-, and 28-days age [23].
