Effect of NO<sub>2</sub> on the Selective Catalytic Reduction of NO with NH<sub>3</sub> over Cu/SAPO-34 Molecular Sieve Catalyst

Abstract: This study investigated the effects of NO2 on the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NO by NH3 over Cu/SAPO-34 catalyst at temperatures ranging from 100 to 500°C. The Cu/SAPO-34 sample was hydrothermally treated at 750°C for 4 h to obtain a de-greened sample and X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to characterize the structure of the catalyst.
