Abstract: Sarcoidosis is a multisystem disease characterized by non-caseating granulomatous inflammation that most commonly involves the lungs. Endobronchial ultrasound-transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) has become an invaluable tool in the assessment of patients with mediastinal and/or hilar lymphadenopathy.
