“…1 that the diffraction peaks mainly consist of two phases: 2:14:1 main phase and α-Fe soft magnetic phase. The peaks of main phase and α-Fe phase become weakened and widened after adding Mo, which indicates that defects or internal stress probably exists or grain size decreases with Mo addition [22].
