Effect of nasal dominance on pulmonary function test and heart rate: A pilot study

Abstract: Background: The nasal cycle is one of the many cyclic events in a human being. Nasal airflow is greater in one nostril at any given point in time and this alternates between right and left nostrils over time. Its periodicity ranges from 25 min to 8 h.
