Abstract:In this study, we investigated the effect of multi-pass shot peening (SP) on the microstructural evolution of a Laser Powder Bed Fusion AlSi10Mg alloy. Characterization techniques included optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD).
