“…Çinar and colleagues reported results of a randomized-controlled trial specifically designed to evaluate the efficacy of a mobile phone app-based training support (providing educational contents and relaxation exercises) in improving QOL in breast cancer survivors treated with adjuvant endocrine therapy (tamoxifen and AI). The app-based support was effective in improving overall QOL, physical, emotional, and functional well being as well as endocrine symptoms [58].
