Abstract: Vanadium oxides have been investigated for their potential use in electrochemical supercapacitors due to their variable oxidation states yielding surface redox. However, its electrochemical performance is limited by its poor electronic and ionic conductivity. In an attempt to improve the electronic conductance and electrochemical performance of V2O5, (Mn, Zn) co-doped V2O5 is investigated.
