Effect of Magnesium on the Contraction of Whole Rabbit Bladder in vitro

Abstract: Smooth muscle function, including that of the bladder, is mediated by changes in the intracellular concentration of calcium. Magnesium modulates the transport of calcium and may modify bladder function.
