Abstract: Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa) biofilm formation is a crucial cause of enhanced antibiotic resistance. Quorum sensing (QS) is involved in regulating biofilm formation; QS inhibitors block the QS signaling pathway as a new strategy to address bacterial resistance.
